Dr. Steinkeler had to pull a fractured root canal. Needless to say, I was terrified. From the moment I walked into the office, I felt more at ease. The front desk staff was wonderful. The nursing staff were great and so professional and kind. Dr. Steinkeler had to do more work than anticipated. He kept updating me as to what he was doing. I could not have asked for better. The next day I received a call @7:30 AM to see if I was okay. I highly recommend this practice. Since this was considered oral surgery, both medical and dental insurance was used. I was thrilled and certainly never felt like I was being overcharged!
