Words cannot describe how pleased I am with this business.

They were very good with communicating about the progress of my car and completed within a reasonable time frame. Also, they stayed past closing time for me to pick my car up.

My insurance company wanted me to drive 30 minutes to one of their "speedy shops" to have the adjuster look over my vehicle. The owner of this business told them no way and had them go there. Saved me over an hour of my time!

Then, Brian (the owner) negotiated with my insurance company and had my deductible lowered $200!!!!!

Brian explained that they have a no hassle warranty for as long as I own this car. He also offered to help me if I ever needed any parts (which he gets cheaper than the box stores).

The work done to the car looks great. Not only did they do a good job on that, they also detailed the entire car! It looks absolutely great, and smells amazing too.

It is extremely rare to have a business care so much about its customers anymore. Barry Hackert went above and beyond to make sure I was happy.

Seriously, just go here. Don't even look at other auto body shops. They will not even come close to compare to this company.
